Every team member — from the front desk to the restaurant staff and the duty managers — displayed such warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. What truly stood out was how they made my birthday so special. To my complete surprise, they beautifully decorated my room and even the restaurant, creating such a personal and heartwarming experience that I’ll never forget. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated and thoughtful. The view from the 12th-floor restaurant was absolutely breathtaking — a perfect setting to relax and take in the surroundings. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay that combines luxury, comfort, and sincere hospitality. A perfect 10/10!

Conveniently set in the Thamel district, this hotel provides a terrace, as well as a sauna and a hot tub. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, an ATM and currency exchange for guests. All the staff are so warm and welcoming. Reception, porters, housekeeping and of course the restaurant. Big smiles from happy people and nothing is too much trouble. Saurav and Hari especially made our stay an especially happy one. It’s a very new hotel which is absolutely spotless! Great room, AC that actually works as it should, awesome bathroom too 10/10

The rooms are comfortable with good WiFi. This family owned gem is well worth the budget price. Highly recommend. I stayed here multiple times while traveling in Nepal.
