The hotel is beautifully designed, staff went over and above and even did a beautiful arrangement in our room as congratulations for our honeymoon. We felt so welcomed! The restaurant food is delicious, we enjoyed the ocean view pool and yoga in the morning. 10/10 highly recommended!

A selection of seafood is also offered. Great beach side resort with super friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend this property.

The accommodation offers a spa centre. Guests at Sleeping Elephant Beach Resort will be able to enjoy activities in and around Tangalle, like cycling. An utterly beautiful, serene place to enjoy peace and quiet. The villa was super clean and comfortable, the restaurant provided delicious meals and the staff and hosts couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The location was on a long stretch of idyllic golden sandy beach with no one around. The pool area perfect. If you’re looking for tranquility and quality, look no further.

From the rooms, to the service to the hotel area with the pool - everything felt more like a 5-star-surrounding. The manager and the stuff are as helpful as it gets and fulfill wishes you didn't know you even hat. The view from the shower was amazing as well as the rest of the apartment. 10/10 - we would totally come again.

Everyone was kind and attentive. My daughter has some food restrictions, and the entire staff was attentive to that, offering us alternatives at breakfast every morning. Honestly, the absolute best place we stayed at in Sri Lanka."
