The reception staff spoke good English. I got the honeymoon suite where there was a bathtub in the balcony! They have a free tuk tuk to pub street in the evening so the location was never too far. Their tuk tuk guys, specially Buntong spoke good English and was very helpful on the tours. I would definitely recommend this place.

Spa and wellness facilities are at guests' disposal during their stay at the accommodation, including a spa centre and on-request massage treatments. Amazing hotel, but the highlight was for sure the hotel team. They were so friendly. On our first night my partner arrived feeling a bit sick. One of the staff members noticed that. A couple hours later, some staff members came to our room to bring him a ginger tea with honey to help him feel better. This was very unexpected, because we hadn't offered anything. Great team!

I stayed during low season and they even let me check out a bit later. Highly recommend.

It is an absolutely beautiful relaxing location, everything was clean and well kept, staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the area, the food was also excellent, such great value, our kids loved it and we would return in an instant.
