We used the bikes and went on a bike ride and we had an onsen in our room which was great as my brother has tattoos. The view from our room was beautiful! On the night of our meal our waitress asked to take a picture of us which she then had printed and framed and put on our table for breakfast which was such a lovely memorable touch!

Featuring a spa and wellness centre, this 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The hotel offers a hot spring bath and luggage storage space. We were lucky to get rooms with a view of Mt. Fuji. Rooms were clean, but a bit small. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was okay.

In-room massages can be arranged at an additional charge. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was nothing short of perfect — I have never seen such a dedicated, caring, and helpful team anywhere else. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and their kindness truly stood out. I would especially like to thank Mr. R. Yamazaki for his exceptional dedication. We had mistakenly booked a double room instead of a twin, and he went out of his way to ensure we were given a room with two beds. His effort, patience, and professionalism made a huge difference for us, and we are sincerely grateful. On top of that, the dinner buffet was excellent — delicious food with a wide variety of choices. It was a real pleasure to enjoy such quality and variety. This level of service is rare, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking for a place where the staff truly care about your comfort and happiness, this is the place to stay!
