There is an on-site drinks vending machine. Everything was perfect. We booked two nights and enjoyed different dinner every night. Every tiny detail of the accommodation was thoughtfully planned. Special thanks to the young singer, her performance was superb.

The ambience feels opulent, which is very fitting for this historical hotel. The Old Imperial Bar is one of the nicest bars we’ve been to (such a nice dim relaxing ambience and great cocktails). The location is perfect to explore Ginza. The staff is one of the kindest and most hospitable we’ve come across on our stays.

The room was perfect, the location unbeatable, the personnel very good and the breakfast! the one in the lobby bar was the very best, but the one upstairs was also very very good and the staff was top.

Comfortable, excellent view of the river, great location close to the train station, amazing onsen facilities (tattoo-friendly) and the cherry on the top was the private onsen on our room. Lots of attention on the details. We were super satisfied with it all.

Just 500 metres from Miyanoshita Station, it offers indoor and outdoor pools, a spa and a restaurant in a converted Imperial Villa called Kikka-so Inn. Rooms feature bathtubs with natural hot-spring water. Everything about it. Helpful staff and beautiful hotel with excellent facilities.

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The staff were very helpful and did everything possible to make me happy. I asked for a vegetarian breakfast which was fantastic. The room was beautiful and the whole building is very new but still breathes Japanese history due to the refined mix of old and new. If go here you need to know that it is a small place, so don't expect a big fancy hotel. You have your own bath room, but you have to book the time slots for the sauna.
