Onyado Nono Matsumoto Natural Hot Spring ofrece habitaciones en Matsumoto, cerca de Estación de Matsumoto y de Castillo Matsumoto. Best thing was the no shoes policy - it was very nice and comfy to walk around in barefoot or in socks. Pajamas very also comfy and made the whole exprience very homely. The room and entire hotel had nice decorations which was nice. Typically Japanese hotels tend to be quite plain. Visited 7 different hotels during my stay in Japan and this was by far the best one.

Aunque las habitaciones están diseñadas para ver el Monte Fuji, dependes del clima para poder hacerlo. Es importante tener presente que de la estación del bus, hasta el hotel, hay transporte incluido. Si no tienes datos para poderte comunicar, te puedes acercar al centro de visitantes y ellos los llaman directamente para que te recojan. Nos tocó un día lluvioso, pero el hotel tenía sombrillas que le permitían a uno salir a caminar alrededor del lago. Utilizamos el servicio de bicicletas y fue una excelente opción. Disfrutamos mucho la estadía con mi hermana!

We especially like their bed and pillows, not soft, making us sleep like a baby. We stayed for two nights. They also changed dinner menu, which was very thoughtful and very appreciated too!

The location couldn't have been better! Located close to Osu Shopping Street, with many eateries nearby. Plus, the Osu Kannon Station on the metro subway was just a 10-minute walk away, making travel around Nagoya super easy. There’s even a minimart near the station, which was perfect for grabbing quick snacks and essentials. Additionally, we loved the cute board on the wall in the room that provided information about interesting places nearby, including shops, restaurants, and other attractions. It was such a thoughtful touch and helped us discover some hidden gems in the area! What truly elevated our experience was the staff. They were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations or addressing our questions. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. I highly recommend Gold Stay Nagoya Osu to anyone looking for a family-friendly, well-located, and comfortable accommodation in Nagoya.

Very helpful & lovely hosts. The onsen is great. Papa was happy to give us a lift. He even brought our bags to the train station when we missed the bus back from the snow monkeys.
