Extremely high quality of materials when this building was made. Sound proof rooms, great mattress, good blinds. Lots of facilities, including a jacuzzi and sauna (€9 per person extra). Breakfast was small but lots of variety. Excellent people running the place, very helpful and full of useful information. The view is nice too, we had a see view room. Would come again.

Wonderful welcome and tour of the palazzo from the very friendly and accomodating hostess. Absolutely beautiful place decorated with a lot of taste. The rooftop terrace tops it off with amazing view of Aci Reale, Etna, and down to the sea. Absolutely recommended.

Etna… interior design was super nice, felt very safe with the gate and cameras, and the place itself was spacious. I loved the espresso machine as we had many coffees a day. Roberto was very responsive and was like your own personal concierge (if you need anything) though we didn’t need to request much. Robes were comfy, bed was soft, and balcony was huge. 10/10 spot for the price.
