Loved many aspects of my stay - beautiful interior decor, clean & spacious rooms, proximity to the shops & the fabulous staff! 😊 The hotel staff are attentive to detail & will go the extra mile, which is especially important since I had an elderly parent on a wheelchair in my travel group. Truly appreciate the efficient transport arrangement by the concierge, the signature welcome at reception, the cute elephant towels by housekeeping and the accommodating staff at Magnolia & Club Floor! I would definitely choose to stay at the Westin again when in Surabaya!

The Alana Hotel Malang está muy bien situado en el barrio de Blimbing, Malang, a 4,1 km de Taman Rekreasi Senaputra, a 4,3 km de Museum Mpu Purwa y a 4,7 km de Alun-alun Tugu.
