Grand Serai Congress and Spa rooms are soundproofed and have air conditioning and a TV. . We were greeted at the reception by the kind and helpful Maria. We were upgraded to a deluxe room without asking, a large and luxurious room with 2 wide balconies, great view to the lake. The hotel is clean and well equipped, an excellent pool, a very good breakfast with a large and delicious selection.

Guests can relax near the outdoor fireplace at the apartment. Very friendly and nice staff. They been very helpful opening the fitness room for us even if we arrived late.
