Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. Everything amazing: room, services, food, location… Staff always super kind and smiley. Lovely pools. Nice scuba diving center on the beach, just outside the hotel. Recommended.

You can play table tennis, darts and squash at Steigenberger Resort Alaya Marsa Alam - Red Sea - Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus, and the area is popular for snorkelling. The resort really blew me away! We had such an amazing time and the experience was truly exceptional. The food, service, pools and entertainment were all great. The dive center on site made it so convenient and we really enjoyed our instructor. If you're not into diving they also have really great snorkeling on the property where you can see a diverse amount of fish and coral. I highly recommend this resort if you want to relax and spend a few days diving. We really felt like the resort had so much to offer and will be back again soon. They also went above and beyond at every meal for us and helped celebrate my birthday.

Incredible stay and excellent service. After a long journey and a long Christmas marathon back home, we were ready for some quality time. This Resort was outstanding! We relaxed at the beach with coffee and snacks and walked through the garden until we hit different restaurants for the evening. Thank You to Hanna specially and the rest of the team!

The staff is very kind and also the management, Mr. Mogib, was wonderful. They really listen and will do everything to give you a great experience! Even my birthday got celebrated. The Spa is amazing as well, my masseuse named Reem, really knows what she was doing and was very kind as wel. I booked 3 massages and 2 scrub because of it! At the buffet restaurant you had so much choice, and it was very tasty! Also here the service was great! 10/10 for me for service!! I will come back!

We recently stayed at Jaz Aquaviva for 5 days in May and had a wonderful experience! We booked a room with a pool view, and everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly, and our son had a fantastic time playing with other kids and guests. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The aqua park was a highlight—our son absolutely loved it, and we were impressed by how safe and well-organized everything was. In the evenings, the entertainment team kept the atmosphere lively with fun events and shows that made our nights vibrant and exciting. The food was extremely delicious with plenty of variety to please everyone’s tastes. We also loved the lively, family-friendly vibe of the whole resort, where our son could play around safely and make new friends. If there’s one small thing to note, it’s that there were no elevators, but it honestly wasn’t an issue for us. We’d highly recommend Jaz Aquaviva to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and family-friendly getaway. Finally, we’d like to thank the entire team for their excellent work.
