It was amazing! We were so impressed of this outstanding place! Perfect breakfast, very nice and clean room (we had the Deluxe Room), with an impressing balcony including sea view, so friendly personnel, great pools and a huge selection of many activities. This place leaves nothing to be desired. Our future hotels will be struggle about keeping up with this one ;-)

El The Sunset Shack está situado a solo 50 metros de la zona de surf de Guiones, en Nosara, Costa Rica, y cuenta con piscina al aire libre durante todo el año y un restaurante. The room was big, the shower is fantastic, the location of the hotel,, the stuff is very friendly

El Azul Hotel & Retreat se encuentra en el paseo marítimo de Playa Azul y ofrece un restaurante, WiFi gratuita y un servicio de desayuno gratuito. La playa. Muy tranquilo y alejado de todo. La comida es excelente. Muy buen servicio

El Rio Perdido está situado a solo 45 minutos en coche del aeropuerto internacional Daniel Oduber y cuenta con 18 km de senderos y un río termal con piscinas de aguas termales. This lodge is a treasure. Bungalows of different sizes and facilities are scattered throughout the forest. We stayed in the spacious centre bungalows with large panoramic windows overlooking the forest, a seating area and an outdoor shower. All furnished to a high standard, wonderful bed and bed linen. There is an (empty) fridge and daily small fresh bottles of water and air conditioning. We only met very friendly and helpful people. The whole atmosphere is very relaxed and the location above the gorge, the beautiful architecture and design do the rest. We stayed at the lodge at the beginning of December. At this time of year, the dry forest is full of leaves and particularly beautiful. You should know that this is not the case at the end of the dry season. The food was very good and the selection of dishes offers enough variety even if you are there for several days. From our point of view, the price-performance ratio is also good. The (cold and warm) pools and the thermal river where you can enjoy the warm water in a natural environment are wonderful. There are monkeys but unfortunately few other animals, especially few birds compared to other areas in Costa Rica. However, this is due to the dry forest ecosystem. Due to its proximity to the airport in Liberia, the lodge is a good place to end a trip to Costa Rica.

Excellent place to relax on the beautiful Tamarindo beach. The hotel offers excellent service and beautiful facilities, surrounded by gardens and nature. Within the hotel, you will see a variety of birds, monkeys, iguanas, and cats. Seeing monkeys was a special experience. Being on the beachfront, there's easy access to great surfing. In this paradise, you can enjoy nature at its peak. From the moment we arrived as a group, we felt at home. Breakfast is tasty, with wonderful cheese, delicious coffee, and various egg options. We also enjoyed the restaurant for several evenings and the food. The bar service has delicious cocktails and tasty pina colada. Our special thanks to the reception staff, Irwin, and Moises from the concierge service. This hotel is the best value in Tamarindo, so we would like to stay here again.

Este hotel boutique solo para adultos ofrece alojamiento elegante con vistas al mar y jardines tropicales. The food was outstanding. I was very happy with how quiet the place was considering the location. It was easy to access the beach and the local businesses.

Borinquen Thermal Resort is located in Rincon de la Vieja. If features Spanish-rustic décor villas, bungalows and Junior Suites, each of them featuring a private balcony with garden views. Amazing place, will definitely return!

Esh Hotel & Spa tiene piscina al aire libre, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza en Nosara. sunset, we could even see monkeys in the distance, which was amazing! The Mexican restaurant is really good. The staff made our stay unforgettable: yoga with Dominique was great — she’s super kind, attentive, and always there if you need anything. Christian gave us great tips on places to visit, and Juanca gave us such a warm welcome. Highly recommended!
