Es un hotel muy particular. Cada habitación es diferente. Realmente me sorprendió. La amabilidad del personal también excelente.

I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

The chalet is extremely neat and tidy, and such an amazing view of the valley. Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!

Wohnung mit See und Bergsicht im vier Sterne Hotel, que cuenta con terraza, restaurante y bar, ofrece alojamiento en Beatenberg con wifi gratis y vistas al lago. Nos encantó todo. No le falta detalle. Tiene todo lo que se necesita en una casa y más. Vajilla amplia, muchos utensilios de cocina, batidora, lavavajillas… Juguetes para los más pequeños. Las vistas son magnificas. Estaba todo muy limpio. Y los anfitriones súper atentos.
