Our room was huge, we had everything we needed, and the staff here were exceptional. They checked with us every day if we needed something. We only had a few requests but they tended to them immediately. The location was also perfect - outside of the busy center but super close to a bus stop, tram stop, and metro stop, with shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Resort itself was very modern and very well decorated, you would feel that you are somewhere else rather than in Romania. Boat trip from car park to resort around 25min was very pleasant and interesting. Welcome drink and little tour was good too and as soon as you enter the lobby a very nice smell hit you which was very nice comfortable. Cleanliness and room was very beautiful and spacious with a nice view. Staff was great and very welcoming. Definitely worth a visit if you looking for a spa relaxation or mind switch off from every day rush. Breakfast were very very rich and so many options to choose from base in the country. Overall food was fresh and tasty also well presented. We have enjoyed our stay in there and we would like to say thank you for making our stay pleasant.

El Mystery Hotel Budapest, Preferred Hotels & Resorts ocupa un palacio ecléctico del siglo XIX situado en el céntrico distrito VI de Budapest. Este lujoso hotel presenta una temática histórica. + Our room was spacious, airy and really well fitted. Having a toilet with no sink in it is a tad weird but nothing particularly uncomfortable. Noise levels are absolutely kept to a minimum, and the air conditioning is reliable. + The staff are absolutely great and definitely do their best to ensure guests have a great stay. We were even considering adding an extra night to our stay which would have been problematic since the place was almost booked out -- but the ladies at the reception still found a way to assist us. + The spa and the whole "hidden garden" concept is simply gorgeous and definitely adds to the overall charm of the places -- and there's certainly plenty of that! + Parking is at a rate of 25 EUR per day and is done off location via a valet - which is an easy enough approach to make sure guests don't have to worry about tight spaces, etc. Alternatively, street parking is also fairly easy and convenient.
