it is one of the best accommodations! The owners are great, you feel at home, they are helpful with everything, they are caring, they give advice in everything, they help, they ask where you are going, they recommend what is good, they recommend the type of transport. I wasn't feeling well, they brought me tea for my stomach, they asked if I needed medicine. the owners are great! the accommodation is wonderful, it's a big apartment with a kitchen, you can cook for yourself, do your laundry, everything is clean.

So close to the airport and the free drop-off at 5am was excellent. Given a free Lion beer and cold water when I arrived. I felt very well looked after.

Our first stop in Sri Lanka was Kingslayer Resort and we couldn't have started better. Nice, big and clean rooms. Every morning started with the delicious and huge breakfast. Janet was an incredible host! My girlfriend and I arrived in Negombo very late at night, but Janet stayed up to welcome us. The room was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone coming to Negombo

For a solo female traveller this property was perfect. The staff we friendly, helpful and as a solo female traveller I felt safe and 100% comfortable. I booked the red room- way too big for a solo traveller but I loved it- felt like a queen! There’s even a few animals on-site- a couple of tortoises who love some basil. I walked down to the 5* properties on the beach and I highly recommend you give them a miss (crows!!!!) and stay here.
