The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room had everything you might need, even the floor heating. The employee at reception gave a lot of good recommendations and showed us every attraction near the hotel (there are a lot) on the map they provided. Also, we had bad luck with the weather, so all our clothes and shoes were soaked through. They offered us laundry, and when we said we had no time for it, unfortunately, they gave us a fan so we could dry everything in our room. We really enjoyed our stay there, thank you!

The room was great, even in the basic configuration. There was a large closet, a small table with two chairs, the bed was extremely comfortable with down pillows and egyptian cotton bedsheets. The air conditioner worked well and the air was super fresh (I didn't have any allergy issues while sleeping with the air conditioner on). There was a large balcony with a nice view (colorful lights at night on the Mipo port side, but the beach side is probably even better). The counter had a coffee machine with capsules, and there were crystal glasses of different sizes in case you needed them. The curtains were automatic and made the bedroom 100% dark (good for sleeping), and there was no noise whatsoever. The bathroom was spacious and had nice amenities (the soap and shampoo smelled like perfume). I only had breakfast a few times because it was not included in the stay, but it was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had. The items were prepared in small quantities and constantly replenished, so everything was super fresh (perfect croissant and eggs, crunchy bacon), and there were also other cuisines available (the fried rice with minced beef was the best I've ever had). There was no freshly-pressed juice, but the fruit selection was good. The service was amazing. The staff was very attentive and efficient.The cleaning lady was very friendly and would come at 6pm to check if I needed more water bottles. The lounge staff helped me with printing a train ticket, and the reception staff was patient in explaining how the tax refund works.

Location was a winner. Being located by Busan station and extremely close to Choryang station is a huge advantage because you're in the middle of everything. Jagalchi and Nampo on one end and Haeundae on the opposite end. The facilities were absolutely fantastic and insanely good! The Asian style bath tub did it for me. After exploring, I would soak and relax to a nice hot tub bath which was super nice 😊 Staff was good as well. My hats off to the housekeeping team who made my bed and washroom each day and made it very clean. I cannot think of a single complaint about this place and if I could I would give it an 11/10.

    Beautiful hotel with a great location, very close to the subway station. Professional, polite, smiling staff helping you with everything and literally everywhere.     Lovely Korean style room, good service, a touch of 90s luxury. Access to largest thermal water spa in Asia (at a small fee of KRW 7,500 which is after a 50% discount to hotel guests) with cheap exfoliation and massage treatment. The water supplied is from the thermal water. Nice breakfast buffet.

    The room is very nicely decorated and relaxing. The bed was confortable, and the room quiet. The sauna bath is a nice addition ! Spacious shower and closed off toilet. It was overall very pleasant to stay here. Would recommend.
