The staff were helpful and spoke very good English as our Italian was very limited. The breakfast staff were AMAZING, and my baby loved getting all the attention. The breakfast is good value and delicious! (We stayed at verona house). Didn't get a chance to use the hotel facilities such as the bar or hot tub. But with the shops and arena so close to us we didn't have time to try. We had a car, so the valet service was a nice touch.
