Excellent service. Swimming pool so big. Calmness and beautiful garden all around. Shuttle to the seaside was authentic (jolly) and always available when needed. The fish dishes so gooood at the seaside restaurant Pagoda. Evening dinners on top. Recommend highly to everyone!

As a seasoned traveler, I can confidently say that B&B Follonica exceeded my expectations. It’s a modest, newly renovated, and cozy place, with great attention to detail – from cleanliness to genuinely warm and helpful staff. Special thanks to Giacomo, the manager/owner who was incredibly helpful from the start. He clearly explained everything and remained available throughout our stay – offering advice, directions, and excellent restaurant recommendations. We opted for covered, gated parking on-site, which was €15 per day. There is also street parking nearby, which is slightly cheaper, but we preferred the secure, in-property option behind the gate – much more convenient and worry-free. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well equipped – with a fridge, safe, and a beautiful, large bathroom. They felt bright, comfortable, and inviting. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with scrambled eggs or omelets made to order. Breakfast is served in the hotel’s open garden, which adds a fresh and relaxed touch to the mornings – a truly pleasant experience. The private wellness and sauna (available for €30/hour) was a welcome bonus and a great way to unwind. The location is ideal – close to both the beach and city center, as well as to great local restaurants. Giacomo is happy to recommend places based on your preferences. Also worth mentioning is the 24-hour self-serve bar, where you can refill still or sparkling water into reusable bottles – a thoughtful and eco-friendly feature that reflects the hotel’s sustainable mindset. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at B&B Follonica and wholeheartedly recommend it.

The suite was lovely and big, the bath really made it easy to relax and unwind! It felt like a real treat. The pool is gorgeous and clean, with plenty of space to chill around it too. The place is absolutely perfect! Everything was beautiful and clean, and the entire resort is so big and full of facilities that we didn't feel the need to even travel outside. The staff was very nice and attended to everything we needed. They made us feel like we were the only guests at the hotel. I highly recommend it!! The best stay we ever had!

I kid you not, I was the only guest in the resort. So it was rather quiet. The cook prepared a wonderful meal and the staff was very nice.

The Montebelli estate extends over green Tuscan valleys with olive groves and vineyards. Here you will enjoy delicious food, luxurious rooms, and wellness and sports facilities. Parking is free.

The best place in Toscany!!! Highly recommended!!! Thanks to Alessandro ( the owner) who creates a warm atmosphere and gives his heart to this wonderful place!! His biological wine and food are delicious! Beautiful nature around. Rooms, swimming pool, spa are very good. We're just in love with Montebelli Agriturismo & Country Hotel, and for sure we'll come here again!
