Fantastic restaurant with a top Chef Igor and his amazing team 😊 with all ingredients sourced locally and veggies from a hotel garden where only organic / natural pesticides are used. We really enjoyed the cooking class with Chef Igor and few special dishes he prepared for us during our stay 🤗 I appreciate fully personalized approach of concierge. We had a yoga program arranged for us with amazing yoga instructor 🧘🏻‍♀️La Monastica is a perfect place for a little yoga retreat and rejuvenation. Finally the hotel is dog friendly 🐶 our dog did not want to leave home!! We will be back soon 😊❤️

WOW! Spazzavento was the highlight of our long trip in Italy and we could not have been more satisfied with our stay here. We highly recommend booking a wine tour with Daniele. They offer great recommendations for exploring the surrounding area although we decided to relax by the pool with some of their fantastic wine. Daniele and his family were very accommodating and welcoming. We were impressed by their commitment, care and passion for sustainable wine making which were equally well reflected in the excellent quality of their wines. The pool and gardens were very well maintained and we enjoyed the relaxing and private feel of our stay. The pool also offers fantastic views of the rolling hills and vineyards of Tuscany. Finally we thought that our stay here was exceptional value for money, we only wish we could have stayed here longer!

Arriving in Florence without any hotel reservation, we stumbled onto this place out of shear necessity. Booked in for a single night, but loved it and stayed an extra couple nights. Clean comfy rooms, excellent bed and linens, friendly staff and a great little little hilltop village just a short walk across the grounds where you can grab a killer bottle of wine and charcuterie. I think they have a couple of pretty good restaurants in the village as well, but we just had some wine, cheese, and marveled at the views. Perfect place if you have a rental car and want to strike out on day trips, and get back to a quiet evening. As mentioned, we stumbled onto this place and loved it. Would have been even better with some better weather, as the huge pool looked pretty inviting. This is a place that you could stay for a whole week or more and unwind.

We arrived in late September, when it's a little bit cold in Tuscany. It would be better if we could stay for longer to experience the spa and swimming pool. It's a very quite site overseeing the town.
