Exceptional Service and Memorable Stay I had a fantastic experience at your hotel, and I wanted to highlight a few aspects that made my stay truly memorable. First and foremost, I’d like to extend my gratitude to Sashi, who went above and beyond to assist me with my birthday decoration request. He decorated the room beautifully and was so friendly and always had a smile on his face. His attention to detail and positive attitude made my stay extra special. Please pass on my thanks to him! Additionally, the hotel breakfast was outstanding – a wide variety of delicious options. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had a wonderful ambience that I really appreciated. The security measures were also great, providing a sense of safety throughout my stay. Finally, the reception indian pretty lady, while I was checking in (I'm not sure of her name), who was very sweet and friendly. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the care taken to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. Heritage Madurai is the place if you want a relaxing stay and yet stay close to the city and its famous temples. Scrumptious breakfast spread with healthy options was served fresh everyday. Spacious rooms / villas with plunge pool gets you to relax and enjoy the stay. The property is huge and you can walk or cycle around. Attentive team that takes care of your needs and there to help you all the time.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable, the staff friendly, breakfast and buffet were very good with a great variation. We also enjoyed the pool, although we didn't have much time for it.

Stayed for a night wih my pet dog. Beautiful place on top of the hill with wonderful view. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the reception I received for for my pet as well. Room equipped with per bed and bowl was a very nice gesture in welcoming our furry babies. Took a room with a garden where my dog ran and played. Over all wonderful stay and it was beyond my expectations. Lucky to see peacocks freely roaming around. Will visit again for sure..

All the staff was very kind, polite, and professional. Mr Ariff, the restaurant manager, was very kind towards us. His attitude towards customer's satisfaction was exceptional. Keep up the good work 👍.
