The Ladyowner was so kind, ( she speak also italian) wait me at 3.am. The place is close to city center in a very silent and relaxed area, super clean room and confortable bed. The price is 100% worth! Next time i ll stay here again for sure.

We’d absolutely stay here again without hesitation! We booked just five minutes before arriving and everything went smoothly. The place was spotless, exactly as shown in the photos, with all the amenities provided. It’s very spacious, with a handy covered area to hang clothes to dry even when it rains. The owners live upstairs and are both kind and very respectful. About some comments mentioning bathroom odors—during our stay it rained quite a lot and we didn’t notice anything unpleasant at all. The shower worked perfectly, with plenty of hot water, and we felt super comfortable throughout our stay. Huge thanks! P.S. The neighbor’s dog only barks to say hello and goodbye. The house is right in the center, yet wonderfully quiet.

Everybody here is so welcoming and friendly - though we must make a special mention for Mariam who was our host for our stay - just a lovely young lady so keen to help and chat with us about the hotel and things we could do - even arranged a private wine tour - thank you Mariam you are a star We also had the best chicken ever tasted in an amazingly awesome plum sauce - my wife thanked the chef in person everything else is perfect just perfect Location Room Breakfast Menu Things to do - swimming cycling yoga horse riding there’s even a snail farm Hiking Best ever view from a balcony The list is endless Cannot find fault with this place Just do yourself a favour and visit this piece of heaven and enjoy

Very hospitable hosts. If something was missing in the room, then all the shortcomings were quickly resolved. From time to time the Hosts treated us to traditional Georgian dishes and homemade wine and chacha. And the best thing is, the owners gave us their bicycles for free use for two weeks! Therefore, we very quickly went to the health treatments of the Sanatorium "Source No. 6", which is located only 1.5 km from the house, and also could enjoy cycling in the large and beautiful park of the city of Tskhaltubo. I recommend everyone to stay here! 🙂

Good place. Very clean. Nice garden with veranda, you can have a meal outside. Location is good for exploring nearby tourist attractions. I would recommend to stay here.
