The staff were amazing! These young, friendly and very professional people were SO attentive, and made our stay fantastic. They helped us plan our bike trip around the wine region, helped us store our bikes, and even provided some snacks for the road. Every single person we encountered was absolutely incredible. The room was splendid, and we had a luxurious stay!

We highly recommend Zoologie Hotel, the photos online do not do the hotel justice. The moment we arrived the service was 10/10. A particular stand out staff member was Francis at the front desk, she is generous with her time/ knowledge and very kind. Our room Z14 was breathtaking no balcony but the high ceilings and the historical windows made the room feel very special. The location is brilliant - easy to walk to trams, shops and restaurants. We will be telling all our friends. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Hotel was very central. Underground parking was just opposite. The room was small, clean and sweet with a lovely surrounding patio and a good sized bathroom. The view from the patio was amazing. We were on the 4th floor. Location was prefect and we went by walk everywhere. Definitely a hotel to go to again.
