It'been a great and relaxing week at the Portofino resort in Marsa Alam. Staff are really nice and reception always available to help. The animation team is fun and engafing, with activities at all times. There are also many restaurants for all the tastes. Eventually, pools are great and sea is just wonderful with plenty of fishes!

Just open for 7 days we are very lucky to enjoy the brand new hotel! Everything is perfect! Room is big and comfortable. Swimming pool is so nice! Especially the juice and food are so delicious! The stay at Jaz Amara exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing, friendly, professional, attentive, always with the smile and make you feel like home. Very calm place, separate from other resorts, very beautifully made whoever has designed it. Has its own theatre. Separate beach and pool restirants for drinks and snacks. Food is really nice although the variety is not that much like you will see in main cities but its still good. Amazing staff, very honest and very helpful. You will love the staff there. They are brilliant.
