Very nice bedroom - we had the suite. Price is good for that kind of service. Bed was super comfy. The breakfast included is very nice and offers a lot of different things, some typical.

Location felt safe and checking in and out was no hassle. I arrived early and was assigned my room. Hotel security were helpful and on point. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel itself, althogh not the most modern, did possess a sense of grandeur. All staff were friendly. Parking was close but offsite and there was always security to accompany you. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of local and international dishes. There a 3 restaurants on site on case you wish to dine in. There's a gym, sauna, spa....The Hotel is close to many malls, shops, transport. Overall, this Hotel I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is amazing by itself, the location is perfect and very close to shopping centres. The buffet is delicious and the staff are really friendly and efficient. the room was spacious and the bathroom facilities are great.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is in a lively part of town, near shop, bars and a huge super market. A green park is just around the corner.

Bucaramanga is a jewel. No foreigners, no whitey's, no arrogance, no attitude, only local colombians. Perfect! A tiny bit more mosquitoes than Medellin, but hardly any compared to most tropical places. The weather is perfect, of course, no rain, 18 to 29° each day. The country club is mecca, an oasis, all encompassing luxury experience. The fine dining is unlike what I've experienced in paris, new york, toronto, Vancouver, other big cities. Unbelievably extraordinary quality and flavors of food. The service impeccable. The gym world class. The golf course amazing. The squash courts, oh my god!. The tennis courts were the best of the best, 14 red clay courts with a cadre of professionals to cater to your every need, ball boys, referees, instructors, professionals. Unbelievable. The room overlooked the golf course. Super quiet. And you cannot spend more than $200 Canadian dollars per day. The resort cost with the all you can eat buffet breakfast was $147 canadian. The massage 30 canadian. A latte $2.50 canadian. A bottle of wine, a reserve bottle, $30 canadian. Like I said, this place is more than half the price of Medellin, and three to four times cheaper than anything you'll find in the Caribbean or america. This place is golden. I will be living here for the next few years for between 1 and 2 months per year.
