I really like the place everyone at hotel is very friendly and helpful. I was travelling with my mother and we both felt that the property has home vibe. The location of hotel in term of view and distance from grocery store and train station is also very ideal. Special thanks to Tomas,Mattias, Daniel,Randa for taking great care of us during our stay. We stayed here after my wife broke her leg and could not access our chalet. My wife was on crutches and the staff could not have been more solicitous in helping to make our stay as comfortable as possible. More generally the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, excellent food, superb service, front desk were helpful with arranging further emergency accommodation to cope with my wife's accident.

When you get a personalised service, nothing like it. The staff were so cooperative particularly the head chef Mr. Raymond who went out of his way to help us in preparing food for our baby which was out of their routine. This has touched me. Thank you to Mr. Raymond and Ms mai ( that's how she said her name is pronounced). Location, facilities everything was amazing.

Second time staying at Silberhorn. Great location, extremely comfortable but do get a superior room for size. This year we had superior but village view but still good. Breakfast is excellent and we ate twice in bistro which we enjoyed.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery.

the breakfast buffet consist of different variety and the food is amazing. The restaurant have a very nice view that you can have your breakfast and seeing the cable car to the First! I had to check out early next morning and the staff are very helpful. She helped me to do the check out in advance and reminded me that there is no bus in the early morning due to Saturday. She helped me to call the taxi in advance and also asked the kitchen to prepare a take-away breakfast for me to enjoy! I felt very warm-hearted and thank you so much! I enjoy my stay here and I must come back again if I visit Swiss again

Staying at Hotel Fiescherblick was one of the highlights of our whole trip. The staff truly made us feel like a part of their family from the moment we walked in the door; owners Lars and Matthias went above and beyond to help us book activities, plan our itinerary, and offer gestures that really made us feel welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern and in an incredibly picturesque location in the center of town, surrounded by breathtaking mountains right outside the doorstep. The hotel restaurant also served one of the best meals we had on our trip. Staying here is a very special experience and we'll definitely be back!
