Gorgeous communal areas - beautifully decorated for Christmas - great facilities for children/teens Amazingly helpful staff - Fabian the receptionist who helped us with bags as we were short of time and the concierge were busy, and the concierge staff who run the navette shuttle service out to other restaurants in the village Booked a double room and got upgraded to a fabulous suite. Quite simply, our best ever hotel experience! This is a wonderful hotel made so by the delightful team of friendly and caring people who made us feel so welcome.
