breakfast was awesome. the meal to get you through the whole day. stuff was so nice and helpful, room was ready before the check-in time (so I could check-in earlier). interior is amazing, I was mesmerized by everything. staff helped me with everything that I asked, and were so polite. Very clean room, bathroom was clean and spacious. I asked for a room that doesn't get direct sun, and the receptionist was very kind to give me a room that doesn't get direct sun. The room felt very comfortable from a temperature wise. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good

Nearby location to Oerlikon train station, and a short train ride to Zürich center. Very comfortable room in the Basic Suites, and friendly staff. I booked an “Acasa Classic” massage which was wonderful - the massage therapist Luca is excellent!
