The hotel provides transfer to and fro from the train station and that's really appreciated for first timer to this part of the Swiss Alps. The staff are warm and friendly making my stay memorable.

Everything. I travelled with my mum and we both absolutely loved it here. We shared a twin room and it was spacious, comfortable, clean, and modern. The hotel has good food, great facilities - bar, spa etc and the location is fantastic (really central) and the staff were wonderful. We really hope we can visit again. It also helps that Wengen itself is a really magical and charming place and just so beautiful. Having not visited Switzerland before we feel we were very fortunate finding this hotel and staying in this area.

One of the highlights is the 800m² 'Fire and Ice Spa,' which includes multiple saunas and an outdoor whirlpool. This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The place is fantastic to say the least. beautiful rooms, beautiful hotel design, all freshly renovated. Amaziiing breakfast, with chef prepearing fresh omlets. Room clean, spacious, free minibar. it was a heaven. Staff polite and friendly.
