Huge lobby, shops, great breakfast spread, onsite spa, fitness centre, great staff, laundry, cinema, pool, terrace, big grounds, clean room, super comfortable bed, very secure, fast lift.

The location is great. Some staff are well-trained but some are not. There was a lady with a British English accent who served really well. Breakfast options are good. The view from the restaurant and from the pool is great. The lobby is spacious. The dinner buffet is good. The view from the room was great.

Spatious and clean room, very strong air conditioner, gorgeous breakfast on the top floor, best location as well as the hotel itself is a city landmark, attentive clerks, speedy Wifi without any strange restriction, hot enough shower water, 3 elevators working and no worry for waiting too long, overall it is a very good place to stay in Sylhet for foreigners
