Amazing location next to the lake. The views from the rooms and the restaurant hall were spectacular! The hall building was so clean and fresh and the indoor pool was just on the top! Excellent hospitality and service. The staff was friendly and always polite! Don't miss dinner at the hotel's restaurant. It was made from high quality products and the chef was absolutely professional! The dinner menus were different every night, very tasty and perfectly presented! As for the breakfast it was buffet style with a varied selection of local products for every taste! For travellers who are planning to visit Hallstatt, it is a really convenient location cause you take the bus 150 (station 500 m. from Seerose Hotel) to Bad Ischl and after 45 minutes you can switch to train or other bus to Hallstatt. In addition, it is only 35 minutes away from Salzburg. One of the best accomodation ever in Austria! Thank you very much, we are definitely coming back!

The staff is extremely friendly, one of the few hotels where staff payed attention to every detail, spoke very nice and were very efficient. I stayed one night with my family and it was great. The room was spacious, the beds were comfy and it was very clean. The breakfast was good with friendly staff. The best part was the outdoors, with lots of toys and a playground; our kind enjoyed it very much. I would recommend this accommodation for families.
