United KingdomThe property was in a beautiful location in the city of Sevan. The property was easy to locate, the name was on the side of the building. When we arrived (which was earlier than the check in time) we were welcomed by the staff and immediately got upgraded to a different room with no extra cost. The room itself was beautifully decorated and the facilities were excellent. The room was warm and the bed was very comfortable. We swapped numbers with one of the hotel managers who gave us restaurant recommendations and he was in call for whatever we needed. The staff themselves were incredibly attentive, kind, and would go above and beyond for their guests! We needed to print tickets off for our bus journey and they were happy to help. When we told them how we were getting to the bus station they offered us a free drive to our location. We also got offered tea and cake just before our check out.
I cannot fault this hotel and would recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Sevan. I will be sure to book here again!

The location very quite and serene. The place for breakfast and the breakfast very generous and good quality. A great place to relax and enjoy the views of the mountains. Hosts are very nice and helpful.

The location was very nice and magical view of the Dilijan forest and mountain. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean and the personnel were also very nice and helpful. It is a resort that we will come back to to relax and enjoy nature. The sauna, pool, table tennis, billiard, massage, and breakfast were also amazing.
