The fireplace was a huge bonus, especially since it was 0 degrees Celsius during our stay. The late checkout approval was also a tremendous help. Highly recommend!

The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the possibility to park at the location is an advantage. We enjoyed the peace and quiet after a day of sightseeing. Access to the fully equipped kitchen and barbecue offers the possibility of self-catering. I appreciated the way the yard is laid out, everything is in its place.

I loved the order of getting the key to our room and all the explanations received prior to arrival. The room was comfortable and clean. Initially, I was thinking that it's not well heated, but it was my bad. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Checkout went sweeftly. In short , PERFECT!!!

Ski equipment hire is offered 100 metres away and the train station is set 200 metres away. We were very happy with this hotel. The apparment was big and clean, it had two rooms and the kitchen, also a balcony with the mountain view. The beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect.

The location was great, calm environment, close connected with forest. Excellent restaurant and gourment dinners, very good wellness and nice friendly and willing people work there. Rooms were clean and cosy. I am looking forward to return there for my next visit. 10 out of 10!

Horský Hotel Popradské Pleso is a good starting point to go hiking and take part in guided alpine hikes to Gerlach or Vysoka, as well as join mountain climbing tours in the High Tatras. First of all, the reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. I arrived exhausted and asked about changing my reservation from a dorm to private room which they dealt with very professionally. The room was comfortable with a great view. Second night was in the dorm and it was nicely laid out . Breakfast is superb but best of all is the location. Stunning.

The hotel's ski bus departs from the hotel garage -2 at pre-scheduled times upon reservation. It provides good connections to the Park Snow Štrbské Pleso ski resort, located 900 meters away.
