Apartment Monte Castello está en Wolhusen, en la región de Cantón de Lucerna, a 22 km de Estación de tren de Lucerna. What a gem of a find. This apartment was so perfect for us. Martin was welcoming and great with all the instructions of the apartment and the area. The views over his little vineyard were so lovely. Privileged to purchase and enjoy a bottle of beautiful red wine. The apartment was spacious, fully equipment with even the added extras of cold water, orange juice, beer in the fridge, nepresso coffee and bread which really added to the experience. Peaceful location. Only a few minutes walk down to the town centre. We had a car so easy access to Lucerne but train was centre of town. We ate at August restaurant which is one of the listed in the welcome book and it was amazing! One of our favourite eating experiences of our whole roadtrip. The whole stay was something to remember always !

VERY large balcony outside as well, and could always hear the bells of nearby cows, was incredibly peaceful!

The apartment is excellent! Very comfortable in every way. The view from the balcony is amazing! The beds are comfortable - and even in extreme heat we could open all the windows and enjoy a nice breeze without any bugs other than the common housefly :) The host was extremely nice and helpful. I would totally reccomend this apartment to anyone.
