The greeting we received upon arriving by car at the Fairmont Hotel was exceptionally warm, setting a positive tone for our entire stay. This warmth extended to the valet parking, where a courteous staff member assisted with our luggage and parked our car. Alex, the receptionist, was among the most welcoming individuals we've encountered at a hotel check-in. Our room had a great view of Lake Louise and was clean. The hotel's location was ideal. Overall, this ranks as one of our top hotel experiences. So impressed were we that we chose to book a stay at the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria for the subsequent weekend, a decision we had previously left open.

The White Brick Inn está en Jasper y ofrece alojamiento con patio y wifi gratis. El alojamiento, que se encuentra a 8,2 km de Jasper SkyTram, ofrece terraza y parking privado gratis. The place was really nice, fully equipped if you wanted to cook, had a reeeally comfy an huge sofa and a big and comfy bed. I wasn't expecting the place to be as big as it turned out to be, it was a nice surprise. You have your own entrance to the property. John was really nice and helpful whenever you needed something. I couldn't have asked for a better place. Jasper itself is a town which is rebuilding after the fire on 2024, but it has kept its magic and the people there is amazing and really kind.

A very comfortable place in a small mountain town. It feels like we are living in a hotel, but the comfort is like living at home. The impressive authentic interior, private bathroom - one of the biggest advantages. Everything is clean and harmonious. The communication of the hosts is warm, helpful. A hearty, simple breakfast. Friendly dog. True, the apartments are located on the side of the main street, so if you want to go to bed early, you won't be able to, because it is quite noisy. Even at night, when restaurants and bars are closed, we still heard people's noise every night, and there is also a train running through this town, which emits very loud signals both during the day and late at night - it always wakes you up. However, all the pluses of our apartment outweighed these environmental disturbances. We 100% recommend staying in this house. Apart from the many tourists around (which we were), we enjoyed the views of the town and used its excellent public transportation, which allowed us to reach all the most amazing places found near Banff.
