The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to the city centre. The bar served great drinks. The rooms are extremely clean and modern, we truly can’t find any complaints. A special props goes to the staff, it’s so rare to come across nice, polite and welcoming staff. All in all, 10/10

At the apartment complex, units are equipped with a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. Every unit has a coffee machine, a private bathroom and free WiFi, while selected rooms are equipped with a terrace and some have mountain views. At the apartment complex, units include bed linen and towels. Communication with the host was fantastic. They responded quickly and answered all of my questions. The apartment is beautiful, easy to access, clean, and well-stocked. It's in a great location. Parking was about a 5 minute walk, in a free lot - no problem.

Hiking area to Fronalpstock view point is nearby and you can also take the cable car. The staff were nice and friendly and helped us to correct our plan to visit Lucerne. The interior design was so nice and unique. Overall, this was the best hotel experience for me in Switzerland.

The pleasantly surprising coincidence offered us a room with a breathtaking lake and mountain view at half the cost of our initial booking. The delightful breakfast spread exceeded our expectations with its delicious offerings and abundant choices. Our overall experience was extremely satisfying, proving to be excellent value for money. Grateful for this unexpected turn of events.

Modern and well-decorated hotel. The bus station is right in front, therefore it's very easy to come by public transportation. I had the chance to get my room straight when I've arrived and before the usual check-in time: it has allowed me to work remotely without any stress, so thanks a lot, this has been highly appreciated. The view on the snowy mountain is really beautiful. The breakfast is also excellent with a lot of choices. Last but not least, the barman and the ladies at the reception were absolutely amazing.
