Location, facilities, cleanliness, the rooms overall. If there was a rating more than 10, I would have given that to Aparthotel. I enjoyed the free jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel is away from the city and this offers quiet neighbourhood and best part - free parking. They provide simple breakfast for Euro 5. We enjoyed our stay. Alberto and Malena were very helpful

Este hotel se encuentra en Espot, a 3 km del parque natural de Aiguas Tortas y Lago de San Mauricio. Ofrece vistas a las montañas y WiFi gratuita. Todas las habitaciones disponen de TV vía satélite. Hermoso lugar, gestionado con mucho cariño. La habitación era moderna, amplio y muy cómoda (con lo básico para cocinar también). La atención de 10, para sentirse como en casa y aprovechar la estancia. Lindo sector de descanso al lado del río. Un plus si se tiene balcón hacia el lado del río, ya que en verano se puede dormir con el ruido del agua de fondo.

El Apartaments Els Llacs se encuentra a solo 2 km de las pistas de Soldeu y Grau Roig y ofrece acceso gratuito al spa y vistas maravillosas a la montaña. El apartamento en si y el el trato del chico que nos atendió. Y el Spa por supuesto

Este elegante hotel ofrece piscina cubierta y bonitas habitaciones con WiFi gratuita y TV de plasma vía satélite. Está situado a 6 km de Cerler, en el valle de Benasque, en los Pirineos. Perfect location, good breakfast, lots of facilities, parking available (additional cost), super friendly staff. One of the best holidays we have had in Benasque. We stayed in the Junior suite with fireplace as we were travelling with our dog. It was such a nice experience to return from a day hiking in the mountains, to light a fire, have a nice bath and relax. We stayed over Christmas and had a delicious lunch at the restaurant. Monica and the reception team were lovely and made us feel at home from the first moment. We will return many times!

Este hotel moderno, situado en el corazón de Escaldes, se halla a 150 metros de la zona comercial peatonal de Andorra, del famoso balneario de Caldea y del nuevo centro de spa, Inúu. La habitación muy cómoda y acogedora, el baño con bañera y ducha muy útil después de un día esquiando en el frío. Teníamos la suite y nos incluía todo el minibar.

El Xalet Bringué Hotel está situado en el pueblo de montaña de El Serrat, en los Pirineos andorranos. Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.
