My stay was perfect. The room was very clean and perfectly equipped with a tv, microwave, a little fireplace, even an aroma diffuser! The staff is super friendly and the location is just gorgeous. 10/10 would come back. Lots of parking spots. Hot tub available

They upgraded us to a lake view room. It was amazing. Beautifully designed hotel, lovely artwork and friendly staff. Bedroom was very large and super comfy beds. We had a fireplace and large bath. Food at Brooks Bar was amazing and we loved the whole ambience of the entire hotel. Good location on edge of the main area in south lake tahoe.

The style and vibe of this hotel is just superb! So different to all others I’ve found for our road trip; made such a nice change and was just a shame we were only here for 1 night.

The pools were lovely and not too crowded. The location was location and outlook was good. I particularly liked the bus service which was available to take us in to town.

A great little place in a great location for a great price. There's restaurants nearby and lots of places to walk to. You can also borrow bicycles from them to explore more freely.

Excellent location and hotel. We have stayed in 2 bedroom. It was very spacious. Breakfast was good.

Just 160 metres from the Heavenly Gondola. Free Wi-Fi is included in all guest rooms.

Quiet location but conveniently close to the centre of South Lake Tahoe...walk easily to the Gondola, shops, restaurants, information centre, etc. Basic but good breakfast. Staff were super helpful when I had a problem with my car.
