Location – The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Sapporo, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Whether you’re looking to shop, dine, or visit popular attractions, everything is easily accessible. Public transportation is also nearby, which made getting around effortless. Service & Staff – The service was top-notch! The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Room Size & Amenities – The room was impressively spacious, especially considering typical city hotels. It was well-designed, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities provided were excellent, from the high-quality toiletries to the thoughtful little touches that made us feel at home. Overall Experience – We had an amazing time at Sapporo Stream Hotel. The room is fantastic for couples. It was spacious, warm, and quiet. The humidifier was great. The separation of the bath and WC is a nice layout. The kitchen has a full-sized fridge, microwave, and gas range so we could cook breakfast easily. There was a huge closet with a set of drawers. We could store our suitcases so they did not get in our way. It was easy to access the subway (3 minutes away) and the JR trains were only about a 10 minute walk away.

Very good experience of a stay! The accommodation was well equipped with towels bath towels toothbrushes etc. Everything was very clean! The staff was also very welcoming and attentive, spoke good English and recommended many local food restaurants as well as giving me a better understanding of the local culture.
