Perfect communication with the kind host, we booked two rooms and asked for connected rooms since we went as a family - we received a family unit! The rooms were perfectly clean, beautiful designed and well equipped. Bearkfast was above and beyond. The host knows the surrounding and recommended places to go.

Fantastic stay in the Pinzolo!!! Definately would stay here once again, everyting was perfect from start to the end - hotel itself, beutiful and cosy, room, restaurant, spa area, location, staff was super friendly and kind, everyting was great!!!

The place was stunning, you can see the mountains through the window. Inside was very cute and cozy. Stuff was amazing l really love them ❤️. Food l mean dinner was like in 5 stars restaurant . I highly recommended all alpes guest come here for stay and l am 100% sure that you will be as pleasant as me :) besides here also was fire place at the evening for romantic time with family or partner :) and of course sauna !! Sauna with mountains view .

The parking facilities were truly impressive—perhaps the finest parking garage I’ve ever seen. The wellness amenities, including the sauna, steam bath, and infrared sauna, were all of a high standard. Notably, the beds were superb—an exceptional rarity in Italy—with thick, comfortable mattresses that ensured restful sleep.
