Room - It was the best room (room number 51) of our entire stay in Switzerland. Probably, they allotted the best room to us. It was large, clean and the view from the room/ balcony was surreal. Bathroom - Clean and with all facilities available. Breakfast - We had complementary breakfast during our saty and the buffet breakfast had wide range of breads, cheese, fruits available. They even make other items (like English Breakfast) on request. The foods tasted great as usual. Staff - Brilliant. Starting from the arrival (when they picked us up from the Wengen Station) till checkout, they were always available and happy to help whenever required.

First, the high quality and professionalism of the hotel staff were what separated this hotel from others. They were consistently courteous, efficient and willing to engage with the guests. Second, the creativity and variety of the restaurant menu are worth mentioning. Everything was magical, a real piece of paradise. The chalet was perfectly appointed and so comfortable. It was in the perfect location with spectacular views, close enough to the train station, shops and restaurants but just outside the main buzz of the town. We had everything we could have wanted and more. Our hosts Rebecca and Will were amazing, helpful and so generous. Just perfect for our two week stay in Wengen. Highly recommend, we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else except at Chalet Talblick

I've been to 6 hotels during this trip and Arenas resort was definately the best of them. Clean. Super comfy beds, warm room despite the cold weather in Wengen. Great view from the hotel room. Great breakfast.

Everything about the hotel was incredible, you could tell it was the crown jewel in the town, definitely an experience. The hotel was a beautiful refurbished hotel from 1900. Will come back for sure!
