The location on the ski slope was fantastic. The staff were super friendly and the food was all fine (breakfast and dinner included in the price).

Everything way beyond any expectations!!! I wish I could have rated 20 out of 10 - they would definitely deserve it. Communication, flexibility, pro-active approach to my wishes and changes, even a famous 5* property staff in town might learn here quite a lot. Top of the cake: I was challenged to make my scrambled eggs on my own for breakfast and I was really truly happy, there was no chance for any dissappointment coming from the hotel kitchen:-)

The staff were friendly and welcoming, everything was clean and the location was convenient - close to the essentials, but also in a quiet area that allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. A convenient stop at Bad Ragaz.. only 10 minutes walk from station. Everything we needed for a three night stay in Bad Ragaz. We were on the 3rd floor room 9. My sister slept on a fold down bed and found it comfortable!! Large main bedroom and a lovely balcony to sit on in the afternoon. Construction is nearby but didn't affect us. Laundry in basement was an added bonus !!! Apartment was spotless!!! Shower hot and welcoming after long walks up from Maienfeld train Station to Heididorf!!! Buses only run on weekends .. Large COOP supermarket just straight ahead following the river. Very pretty friendly town

The staff is very helpful and welcoming, they offer of a welcome drink at the bar, breakfast is great. All in all, it is a very nice holtel, great value for money. Will definitely go back there!
