Our room was actually a two-room suite, which was very spacious! Also, our balcony was spacious, with beautiful mountain views. Getting to the cable car for lake Oeshesin was only a half mile walk.

Excellent location, just by the cable car to Lake Oeschinensee. Kandersteg in general is also quite a nice small town. We were given a huge suite in the uppermost floor which was incredibly spacious and had quite a nice terrace.

The hotel is centrally located and surrounded by a large park. You will find a cheerful and familiar atmosphere combined with the best Swiss hotel tradition.

A joyful journey. The room is warm and comfortable.Facilities are clean and tidy. The owner is such a kind couple, helps us out of the forest in the desperate darkness, and even provided us a decent dinner at 11PM. The location has a perfect view of the Alps. It’s always a good choice here if one want to stay a couple of nights at kandersteg.
