Very warm welcome and comfortable room. The hotel has a great restaurant and the cooking is of a very high standard - dinner was delicious and enjoyable. Breakfast the following morning was equally enjoyable!

Very good Hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms, the breakfast was very good, there is a large selection, there is also gluten-free bread. The staff is kind and helpful. The tunnel to the thermal bath is cool. The thermal is very good, big, not so crowded. There are many places for excursions around the hotel. The town has its own tele cabin to the mountain with a nice view. So absolutely recommended, we will return.

Very Pet-Friendly (traveling with a large dog), as well as very people friendly. :) The staff was very helpful and friendly! Beautifully renovated rooms right in the middle of town. Restaurant downstairs serves delicious, regional food. Parking availalbe. Couldn't ask for more.

The on-site restaurant serves an absolutely delicious dinner, and the breakfasts are excellent. This place is a little paradise for families. We felt relaxed and close to nature. We had a peaceful and pleasant stay here. Our kids truly enjoyed the natural beauty and especially loved the animals — the llamas, donkey, goats and more! The play area and toys were perfect for them. We are already planning to come back again — this place truly touched our hearts.

Very well set up apartment/ home. It was Star Wars themed so kids would love it. Location was nice and quiet and we visited it was full of snow. Host Celine wws superb and always there throughout for any help needed.
