Location, how quaint and charming it is! We stayed for a night before boarding the GEX and the location is everything. Just a short 3 minutes walk to the station straight forward. Right in the centre of Brig main attractions too. The hotel itself and the suite we stayed are perfect for kids - very homey, comfortable, with nice toilet and strong showers. Toiletries from Molton Brown works too. They provide token for your hot and cold drinks at the breakfast area, and provide continental breakfast with eggs which is a plus before our ride.

The room was spacious, had everything we needed for a short stay. Everything was functional and clean. Breakfast was tasty and there was enough choice of food. Staff were nice and helpful. If I ever come back to Brig I would happily stay here again.

All the staff were super-friendly and helpful. I had one or two difficulties which they sorted out quickly and efficiently. The comfort, cleanliness and quality of the bedding, buildings and breakfast was fantastic. Beautiful, peaceful grounds and location. Contactless check-in was easy and if any problems, there is phone contact at any time. I'd love to visit again! 😊
