All the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and gave us advice and information on everything we needed and they catered to our every need. Breakfast was excellent and the location is great. We will definitely go back on our next visit to Borovets.

Hotel is very comfortable, located in a beautiful area within the walking distance from ski lifts and ski pistes.
