We had such a perfect stay at FACT Apartments, hosts are truly kind and caring. The Apartment has everything you may need, including the dishwasher. Saunas are available in the garden area and could be shared among the guests, but it is also possible to have all the privacy needed, based on what you're looking for. I higly reccomend this location not only for its comfort but also and mostly for the owners kindness - as we arrived, we found bowls and snacks for our tiny wiener dog, too!

Everything! Really lovely property with great attention to detail. Norman also left us some drinks and food in the fridge which was highly appreciated after a long drive. Nice and quiet location with lovely views of the nearby mountains.

Spacious and comfy appartment in a quiet area. We had everything we needed for 3 nights there. Our host Margareta was extremely kind and generous, the best host we've ever had! She gave us fresh eggs and tomatoes and had prepared drinks for us that we found in the fridge. We strongly recommend this place and will come back if we are in the region again.

Great place and I would definitely recommend to families. Very positive owner who helped us a lot, as we came late. This is beautiful and authentic house in Austrian mountains, perfect natural beauty! Very clean and cozy inside!

We chose this hotel for its location on our route from Germany to Italy, the location of the hotel was perfect, don’t be put off by the fact that the hotel is at a service station, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff are extremely helpful, amazing artwork around the hotel. The FEWO is very good. Easy parking. In the centre of the little town. All the restaurants, bakery, imbiss and shops are easy to reach on foot. The area is absolutely excellent. Lots of lovely nature things to visit.
