Very friendly and accommodating lady that gave us our keys. Good, flexible and very friendly contact before arrival. Apartment was wonderful. Enourmously clean, light and spacey. Enough room to put our stuff in. Apartment is only a couple of minutes from the bus stop but we only used the bus once. We walked to and from the village most of the time. It’s really only a 10 minute and beautifull walk to do. Can highly recommend Kolmblick!!

for the price it was better than perfect, very clean and tidy. this is a very axpensive area which makes it even better for it’s price. good kitchen with a dishwasher. the appartement has a balcony and 2 very big windows along with one smaller one which also adds to it’s value

This place was truely amazing. The hotel itself looks like a beautiful modern castle a bit outside the city of Gerlos, surrounded by snowy plains and mountains. Rooms are surprisingly big, very modern while having a warm wooden touch, very clean, excellent bathroom facilities. Sauna and Swimmingpool are beautiful. Food was exceptional (!). While breakfast and lunch were buffets with a great variety, also for vegans, Dinner was a 5 course menu a la carte - with quality of a Michelin Starred restaurant. I could write an essay alone about the food. Staff was world class - friendly, approachable, compentent. Milan from the Restaurant staff was an exceptional host. Ski lift to Zillertal Arena is one street crossing away from the main entrance. Perfect. Overall, we felt like in a dream - thus I can confirm the name of this hotel being more than accurate. Travelling a lot around the world using hotels, this is one of the Top3 stays in my life. Thank you to the Hollaus Family for creating this beautiful place.

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful, always there if you need something, attentive, yet not obtrusive. The place has definitely a vibe of a family run hotel. Bonus - the staff wears tirolian outfits :) The place is very quiet and laid back. You can really relax, rest and enjoy skiing. The sauna was a big plus for me. There are also spacious common areas, so if you are with a group of friends, you'll have a place to sit in the evening and watch tv/play games/drink smth.
