Most importantly, they arranged a full package tour to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh at a very reasonable price, including convenient pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel. Thanks to their professional and thoughtful advice, we had an amazing experience and saved a lot of time searching for tours on our own. This service was definitely a huge plus, making our entire trip smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. The homestay is at the end of an alleyway so it's quiet despite the traffic and activity outside. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable rooms with nice extras like a fridge, kettle, umbrella and TV. Wifi is very fast. The washing machines and driers on the 5th floor are a real bonus. Managed by a lovely, kind and helpful family. This is a great place to stay.

Loan from Vincent Studio Apartment was absolutely amazing to deal with and checked in most days to see if everything was fine. The accommodation itself was far better than expected and true to photo's listed online. It was clean and comfortable, which is all I ever expect. It is a great location which is within walking distance to the Old Quarter and all famous sites that we all visit to see. The street itself is nice and quiet, except for Saturday evenings when as you'd expect more people out and about. The laundry facility was great as I managed to get a load washed and dried in a few hours. The roof top area to sit has great views and great to just sit and have a quite drink or 2. I would highly recommend this place and will be back when I return in a year's time. Thank you ☺️
