The air conditioning works really well. The tatami room adds authenticity. Although the staff was very discrete, we were more than pleased with them: they always answered very promptly to messages and facilitated us receiving our suitcases which we had sent with the luggage service seamlessly. Wadano Gateway made my stay in Hakuba the best part of my whole Japan trip. The apartment room is sooo spacious and it is the cleanest hotel I've ever been in. The free bike rental is great for getting around the beautiful village. I'll be staying here again!
