So far the best place I stayed in india and would be there for more days if possible, and for a good price. And I could leave my bag with them after checkout, as my train was only at night.

There was nothing I needed or asked which presented a problem. From my taxi meeting me at the airport to the purchase of bottled mineral water for me for my room (the cost of both reimbursed to Austin by me of course taxi was only 350 INR). Austin is a wonderful kind gentle human with whom it is a joy to interact. Austin is FULL of local knowledge and superb recommendations for Bogmallo Beach (which is less than 10mins stroll), fresh strong yummy ginger Chai and Omelette breakfast (at Savita's) and the most incredible palak dal and crunchy veg salad I've ever tasted (in the delicious restaurant Seagull John's). Both establishments are right on Bogmallo Beach.

Absolutely incredible stay in the most amazing boutique hotel in Goa, the photos don't do this place justice, it is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are so beautiful and spacious and we were blown away as soon as we arrived. Hardip and Sofia are wonderful! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main road with shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach, it's perfect. We can't wait to be back!

Beautiful pool and well presented clean flat with an amazing host that met us on arrival, Devesh was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of surrounding areas, places to eat and go see during our stay!

It's a well maintained property. The best part was the pool, there were two swimming pools which were accessible to all guests. There is a cafeteria at the property for breakfast. Overall I had a pleasant stay, and would recommend my friends to visit the property.
