We were on the 1st floor looking out into the street where there is a bar restaurant but we couldnt hear the noise from the bedroom. The owners were very accommodating and client-oriented. We only stayed a short period but this could be a good base for exploring Graz and the region further. We took advantage of the available, secure parking which was very helpful. Th host provided very detailed instructions (with images) making the whole check-in/out process and access to property very simple.

This recently renovated apartment is located 200 metres from Grazer Landhaus and 80 metres from Glockenspiel. Guests can enjoy city views. Absolutely perfect location in the heart of the city! We loved everything! We deliberately chose a historic house, steeped in the history of old Austria. The owner is a wonderful person, kindly suggested us detailed info about keys, parking reservation, breakfast locations etc. Real pleasure to contact. The apartment is spacious and very clean, all appliances are new, top quality, and the kitchen is fully equipped: a huge refrigerator, stove, coffee makers, microwave and a kettle. The shower cabin is spacious, and the towels are soft and pleasant, plus mini shampoos and shower gel. The bed is wide, with snow-white linens and a firm mattress. We visited in windy February, but it was very warm inside, with no unpleasant odors typical of old houses. The windows offer a view of rooftops and church domes. WiFi worked perfectly. Parking within 5 min walking distance. Ideal for 2-3 persons.
